  • Music Data: If you choose to share music, we collect shared song information (title, artist, album art) associated with your posts.

2. How We Collect Information

Information is collected directly from you when you:

  • Create a profile or update your user information.
  • Grant permissions to access your location, camera, or photos.
  • Create and share posts, comments, or engage with other users' content.
  • Play games and share game results.
  • Respond to daily prompts or complete daily tasks.
  • Share music tracks.

Additionally, our service providers may collect certain usage and analytics data to support app functionality.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

  • To create and maintain your user account.
  • To personalize your in-app experience and show you relevant daily content.
  • To enable app features such as feed posts, social interactions (likes, comments), friends system, shared media, games, and daily prompts.
  • To facilitate music sharing when you choose to share tracks.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising.

Music Sharing: When you share music, we interact with music service providers to retrieve track details, which is subject to their respective privacy policies.

  • Your data is stored securely using cloud-based services in the United States.
  • Some data is stored locally on your device for brief use; account-based data, posts, and social interactions are retained to maintain service continuity.

  • View, edit, or delete your profile or shared content at any time.
  • Remove pinned posts from your profile.
  • Withdraw consent for permissions such as location or camera access through your device settings.
  • Unfriend users or manage your friends list.
  • Request data portability or account deletion by contacting us.
  • Delete individual posts or comments you have created.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We do not use cookies, web beacons, or tracking technologies in our app.

8. Third-Party Services

Click'd uses third-party services for functionality such as data storage, authentication, and music integration. These services may collect anonymized device or usage data as per their own Privacy Policies.

We do not use:

  • Google Analytics
  • Facebook SDK
  • Stripe/PayPal
  • Any third-party ad or marketing networks

9. Push Notifications

Click'd sends push notifications for friend requests, comments, likes, and other social interactions. You can manage push notification preferences through your device settings.

10. Children's Privacy

Click'd is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from users under 17. If we learn we've inadvertently collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

11. Legal Compliance

Although Click'd is currently developed for use in the United States, we aim to uphold best practices in data protection and privacy. We do not currently fall under GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, or India's DPDP Act, but will update this policy if our user base expands to these regions.
